We are no longer intrigued by fantasy up in the air that we can escape to when the world feels like too much.
We reject a life of dissociation and isolation. We choose to make consistent efforts to engage fully with the wild and juicy world. We accept that what this means today and what it means tomorrow may be different.
We understand that building tolerance is a process, and we are willing to dance with it into dark pits and to the top of holy mountains.
We want To hear the stories of miraculous recoveries and crushing defeats, and bear compassionate witness to pain and glory, all without taking it from the ache that wants only to be seen. Not fixed.
We no longer steal pain and keep its chaos for ourselves. We let it ride, and see where the dragon is going. He knows where the treasure lies.
We now know Empaths are not a vessel for others to dump their sorrows, fears, and pain. We are vessels overflowing with divine light, and we radiate healing that benefits anyone with whom we come in contact, with no harm to ourselves.
We are ready to understand what we are, what we can do, how we can create thriving for ourselves and others.
We realize now that being martyrs, that’s suffering for others, was a scam all along. We are the only ones who were injured by it, and we let it go in exchange for the peace that we long for.
We choose to realize that we are not powerless, but in fact, powerful.
We choose to stop being sacrificial lambs, and unify together for a better world. A more compassionate one. One, that we have always facilitated, but now we unify our intent.
We choose to acknowledge that there is a huge community of empaths, just waiting for us.
We choose to stop denying who we really are, claim it, step into it, and be unafraid.
We choose to stop being afraid of other people’s fear, because we walk in faith, love, compassion and grace.
We choose to trust our knowing.
We choose to trust life, to help us find the way. And we know, that the outcome is beyond our power, but our ability to influence it is real.
We trust that The Way knows us by name, by song, by star, by earth.
And we commit to doing what we have come here to do, with no way of knowing the outcome, because it is who we are. And who we are; it’s no mistake.
