I started ESSENCE ENERGY METHODS in Jan 2024. having had an interest in holistic medicine and healing modalities all my adult life. This has evolved to this method of using Bach Flower and Herbal Remedies and combining them with the Holistic approach of using our own Soul produced energy and the energy of the Elements and Sound to infuse these Essences together in one powerful package.
